Providing and Laying Dry stone pitching (any thickness) in horizontal level including the cost of stones, including carriage complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). (A) Crushed

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo I cement concrete floor. 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete. On concrete work.

Carriage of Sand and Course aggregate by mechanical transport for average lead up to 10 km.

Carriage of Cement and Steel by mechanical transport for average lead upto 5 km.
