Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) while not disturbing existing conduit complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 4/6/10 sqmm including conduit or wooden batten and remove from the site of work and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall or floor etc. and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed.

Taking down main switch / DB and making good the disturbed surface and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated but sheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade 20mm dia (minimum) or higher size as specified and cutting chasing on wall complete with all PVC conduit accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, reducer, bend and flexible conduit etc/ fittings ISI marked for modular fittings and brass screws and cup washers including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated FRLSH cable green in colour as continuous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed: Fan point/ exhaust fan point / one light point / bell/ buzzer controlled by one switch/ bell push. Note : Cost of Metal boxes and modular accessories like cover plates will be paid seprately in respective items)

One socket outet point 5 amps on the same board.

All as Ser item 4 here in before but with 2.5 sq mm wire and earth wire (green colour) of 2.5 sq mm for 3 Pin 15 Amp modular type socket outlet.

Supply and fixing modular metal flush box 1/2 module complete all as specified and directed.
