Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

In Foundations,footings,bases for columns.

Walls (any thickness), retaining walls, return walls, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. -All work upto Plinth Level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In Beams,suspended floors,roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding cost of shuttering,finishing and reinforcement.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured seperately). (Item Code HPPPWDSR-2009-1131010000).

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve 150 mm dia 10.2 kg/cm2 Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table as per IS 6392-1971 of WT of 56.30 kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches (to level or gtade) GMS tube (IS:1239-2004) of 150 mm dia, & medium class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (EARTH WORK IN TRENCHES TO BE MEASURED PAID FOR SEPARATELY)

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

Providing & Making Gabion Structure with Mechanically Wooven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS:16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500,of required size,Mesh Type 10x12(D=100MM with tolerance of 2%) Zinc=PVC coated,Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm,mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist,tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm (ID OD),supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes,filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm,as per drawing,all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Item Code HPPWDSR 2020 Chapter 16.94)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of 75 mm hydrant with Main or Submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm Double Threaded PN-6.0,75 MM PP Ball Valve,Bend,Male Female Coupler Threaded PN-6.0,Service Saddle PN-6.0 and Elbows Bend with Steel Clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line )For distribution System with 90 mm dia.
