Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable modular boxes , inner and outer covers of suitable make and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One light point controlled by one switch

Note for Item No. 1 to 14 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing box/wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Taking down old unserviceable Street Light fittings and Supply fixing 90W LED street light with pressure die cast aluminum housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree of protection, Individual LED's must havepeanut lenses for better throw across & along the road ,with luminaire efficacy of greater than 85Lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminaire should be3800Lumens ), color rendering (CRI) of ≥ 75 and co-related colour temperature (CCT ) of 5700K (± 500K) , The luminaire should have 5KV surge protection, PF ≥ 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD ≤ 10% , voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Luminaire should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy access to driver during maintenance. The Driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of ≥ 85% The manufacturers LOGO must be Embossed/ Engraved in the housing of the luminaire.
