Cleaning of dense Jungle and cutting of grass, Kusha & Kaans including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass. bushes, shrubs etc. by scrapping of grass, bush wood & plants etc.above2 “over the ground level; weeding out the wild growth roots, seeds etc and collection of the foreign papers etc.in switchyard area, between pale fencing & chain link fencing & Security fencing/security wall, area around control room area, store area, open store area, approach road to store near colony at the substation, than disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish &garbage etc.by throwing in outs the periphery of the 220 KV sub Station Shahjahanpur,with all cost of men, misc consuables and T&P etc.required for the job. (The complete cleaning of switchyard area will be done by grass cutting every 3 months interval in a year.) Approximate area to be cleaned is detailed as below:- A) 220 KV Switchyard 26600 Sq. Mtr. b) 132 KV Switchyard 29500 Sq. Mtr. c) 33 KV Switchyard 3100 Sq. Mtr d) Store, approach Road to store. Open store area- 18600 Sq. Mtr Total Area-77800 Sq. Mtr

Spray of chemical herbicide suitable for post emergence application, in the switchyard area at 220 KV S/S Shahjahanpur after monsoon period (Area of switchyard ,extended switchyard, Stores, approach road to store near colony area)

Uprooting of small trees in witchyard area between pale fencing & chain link fencing, area between pale/chain link fencing & security fencing/security wall, area around control room/committee room/store sheds and opened yard store area at the substation by digging and the removing vegetation, rubbish & garbage etc.by throwing it outside the periphery of the substation premises and finaly, levelling the ground, with all cost of men, misc consumables and T&P etc.required for the job.
