Material and labour for de-scaling 2x100 TR Central AC Plant DX type (Sagat Singh Auditorium) and cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves,condenser (Heat Exchanger) to cooling tower ,circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (Concentrated hydrochloric acid) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complite deposites/scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered, Circulating through pump,servicing of valves,cooling tower,water spray assemble ,cleaning with suitable size of drill rod ,wire brush including dismantling and connecting all desmantled components in proper position after srevicing/overhauling etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick,Nuts,Bolts with washer,testing of water line for leakage,complete all as specified and derected by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor of capacity 2.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the motor in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 25.00/20.00/15.00 HP by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting suction & discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the U/S pumpset from MS foundation, detaching the pump, opening the pump, remelting the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all kind of machine works i.e. welding, turning, polishing etc as required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in pump body; complete replacement of impeller set with new; replacement of Cushy foot anti vibration pad with and incl carrying out complete repair / replacement of damaged parts i.e. bearings, bush, gland plate, gland packing, coupling assembly etc and reassembling the pump after greasing of moving parts and reinstallation of the pump with motor in original location using new MS stud, nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc; checking the alignment; reconnecting the suction and delivery pipes, making proper electric connection, testing and commissioning for smooth operation at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed.

Repair & maintenance of oil pump of 18 Ton compressor SMC-6-65 Model Accel make by opening and dismantling all parts of oil pump for overhauling, cleaning and washing all parts in petrol to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and reassembling including replacement of 2 nos bearing bushing one split pin and all gear wheel set complete all as specified and directed as per manufactures instructions.

Disconnecting and dismantling of open type compressor of central air conditioning plant and reinstalled in its position with correct alignment after necessary overhauling, cleaning, repair, servicing, testing and commissioning of reciprocating open type compressor of capacity 18 Ton (Make: Accel model No SMC- 6-65), replacement of unserviceable parts (as ordered) and charging of compressor oil and refrigerant (Freon-22) complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under srl item no. 39 to 65. (ii) All spare parts shall be of make ACCEL. (iii) Compressor oil and refrigerant will be issue by departmant. for SMC-6-65 model compressor.
