Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as Drainage & Culvert Retaining walls etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-sand and four course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Colour washing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used (strainers and colour solutions should not be used).

Providing and laying of 60mm thick Interlocking Paver Block (TAMIN) in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bond pattern with 150mm thick quarry rubbish cushion below the uniform shape of approved non-skitting surface in the top and the rates including levelling the base, preparation of pavers as sub base, quarry rubbish cushion 150mm thick, laying out of pavement, cut the pieces to fix the edge, vibring the pavers, sweeping, transporting, loading and unloading etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.
