SPL REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF AC CHILLER NO 02 AND WATER SOFTENER PLANT WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT MSD OF 39 FAD

Supplying, intstalling, testing and commissioning of water Cooled Screw Chiller of capacity upto 100 TR to 110 TR complete all as specified comprising of the following.

A CHILLER UNIT :- (a) ScrewCompressor complete factory assembled and factory tested of nominal capacity upto 100 to 110 TR workingon R-134a refrigerant gas, water cooled screw type comprssor oil cooled forced feed lubrication direct coupled squirrel cage dynamically balanced motor of suitable capacity, 415, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, AC Supply, water cooled condensor , evaporator suitable expansion devices complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Shell and tube type condensor, water cooled, liquid receiver , made of MS Shell and integrally finned copper tubes including necessary mild steel tubing for interconnecting condensor, compressor, evaporator etc complete with control gauge and standard fittings and accessories of upto 100 to 110 TR capacity for above designed plant - 01 No

(c) Shell and tube flooded type chiller , made out of MS shell and plain seamless copper tubes including necessay mild steel tubing for interconnecting condensor, compressor, evaporator etc with insulation as per manufacturer recommendation complete with control and gauges and standard fittings and accessories of upto 100 to 110 TR capacity for above designed plant - 01 No

(d) Microprocessor based control panel for chiller unit- 01 No

(e) First fill of all consumable items such as refrigerant gas, Compressor oil and filter etc. incl nitrogen gas for pressure/leakage test. Note :- (i) Warranty period of two year will be considered from date of completion and any material required during this period in repair or servicing such as compressor oil,Oil filter,filter dryer etc to be included in unit quoted rates. (ii) Only first fill of refrigerant gas is included in unit rate further requirement will be provided by the department. (iii) Any minor parts or changes required for assembling the new chiller with existing system such as MS pipe works, insulation etc is included in unit rates.

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of Monoblock pump set KDI -1537+ Type suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 15/12.5 HP of 31.50 mtr head complete all as specified.

PVC 3 Layered tanks of capacity 10,000 Ltrs ISI marked on PCC (1: 3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate staging for make up water requirement inclduing brass float valves with polythene ball, overflow and drain arrangement complete all as specified. (i) Cost of MS frame and PCC platform required for Installation of these items is inclusive of unit rate. (ii) Minimum size of PCC platform suitable for bearing load of 20,000 Ltrs capacity for installation of both PVC tank should be 700 cm X 400 cm X 45 cm from ground level including water proof paint.

Supply, fixing and Installation of Thermocol insualtion with aluminium cladding on chilled water pipeline of 80/40 mm dia. Removing of damaged old existing thermocol insulation from the chilled water pipe line, cleaning of the surface of existing pipes, applying of cold setting (CPRX) compound on the existing pipe, fixing of 50mm thick thermocol section on the pipe , wrapping with PVC polythene sheet with the help of PVC Tape, then fixing of 24 SWG aluminium sheet cladding by using self threaded S.S screws etc as required at site complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning water treatment plant of capacity 20 m3/hour suitable for borewell water treatment.Outlet water Hardness should be upto 50 PPM comprising of the following: Make: ION EXCHANGE/THERMAX/PENTAIR (a) Filter feed pump Two Nos (1W+1S) head 30 Mtr and discharge 20000 Ltrs/Hour, (b) DUAL MEDIA FILTER comprising of the following. (i) One media include quartz grade sand and anthracite. Other supporting media include pebbles of various sizes, crushed gravel and silex. (ii) ONE - WATER FILTER comprising : (ii) ONE - Mild steel pressure vessel with inlet and outlet connections, media charging and withdrawal connections and supports, a vessel painted internally and externally, internal painting with anti-corrosive paint. (iii) ONE - Set of internal for the above comprising of raw water inlet and bottom collecting system. (iv) ONE - Set of mild steel flanged pipework. (v) ONE - Set of butterfly/ diaphragm valves. (vi) ONE - Initial charge of filter media. (vii) ONE - Outlet sample valve. (viii) ONE - V- Notch board for backwash flow measurement.
