Charges for dismantling of inspection doors provided at Flow Control Valve assembly casing. Dismantling of Flow control valve assembly (about300 kg weight) from taping pipe flange of hot water header line. Reassembling the same by using Rubber gasket properly without water leakage. Open/close operation checking works.

Charges for Dismantling of Flow control valve spares from Flow Control Valve assembly for cleaning, inspection and to renewal of worn-out spares like guide bush, stem, CI disc, lock nut, locking bar and operating handle etc. and reassembling the Flow Control Valve assembly.

Charges for dismantling the GI casing / concrete block of FC valve to facilitate the OH of FCV & renewal of nozzles etc., and reassembling the same.

Charges for reconditioning Flow control valve casing for fixing inspection doors by Drilling and removal of existing 8 Nos of eroded M10 / M12 stud, making 8 Nos of new M 10 / M12 thread on the valve body by using tap set.

Charges for reconditioning of worn-out Flow Control Valve (FCV) spares released from Cooling Tower –I at outside workshop, Re boring of GI Disc, fabrication and assembling of M.S. flange on CI Disc, moulding of new CI guide bush, machining, drilling & thread cutting on new bush to suit with the existing S.S. Stem. Reconditioning of released S.S. Stem by rethreading and suitable to end nut with 2 Nos. of plate washers for 1 No. stem including transporting charges.

Charges for removing the existing damaged Nitrile rubber from the M.S Flange of FCV’s in Cooling Tower. Cleaning and sand blasting on both the surface for Nitrile rubber impregnation, moulding the Nitrile rubber over the flange for 5 mm thick on each side ( the size of the flange to be impregnated is OD-640mm; ID-450 mm) trimming and steam vulcanizing ,including the cost of Nitrile rubber, adhesive and also charges including transporting charges of released FCV spares from MTPS-I to outside work shop and return back same to MTPS-I.

Charges for transportation of Stop log gate from clarifier area, leading, lifting, positioning and inserting the stop log gate in the cold water Outlet canal of CT to facilitate the cold water dewatering work. After completion of dewatering work removing, leading, transporting and placing the stop log gate in the clarifier area.

Charges for removing the rust and old paint from all 22 Nos. of Flow control valve casing along with tapping pipe.

Charges for painting of one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of sea green paint on Flow Control Valve casing along with tapping pipe and casing frame (50 M2), CT ID fan door and its frame structures (81M2) and cleaning & painting with one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and two coats of enamel sea green paint one over the other with proper interval on the stop log gate stands, including cleaning the surface of the area to be painted (21M2).

Charges for cleaning and painting with epoxy red oxide primer and Two coats of epoxy coal Thar black paint in the inner surface of Flow Control valve taping pipe (12 M2) and on the surface of 2 Nos. Stop Log gates (28 M2).

Charges for fabrication of Locking bar for FCV stem using MS solid square bar / cast iron by marking, cutting, bending the bar to the required dimension, grinding the corners of the bar and making hole of required dia, threading to suits FCV stem dia in outside workshop Holes which includes labour charges for machining, drilling, welding, cutting and hire charges of drilling machine & cost of cutting gas and welding electrodes for Sl.No.2.

Charges for fabrication of Operating handle for FCV stem using MS solid square bar by marking, cutting, bending the solid bar to the required dia & welding along with the necessary stiffeners, drilling and threading the square bar to suits FCV stem dia and welding with the stiffeners, grinding the FCV stem, drilling holes to fix lock nut in outside workshop Holes which includes labour charges for machining, drilling, welding, cutting and hire charges of drilling machine & cost of cutting gas and welding electrodes for Sl.No2.

Cost of Neoprene Rubber (Black) Gasket, size,1M X 2 M X5 MM thick for SL.No.1.

Cost of Epoxy red oxide primer for SL.No.9&10.

Cost of Epoxy Sea Green paint for SL.No.9.

Cost of Epoxy Thinner for SL.No.9&10.

Cost of Coal Thar Black Paint for Sl.No.10.

Cost of Material charges for C.I guide bush, M.S. Flange, S.S. Stem end lock nut and plate washers including transporting charges for SL.No.5.

Charges for Nitrile rubber impregnation, moulding and covering 5 mm thick on both faces of M.S. Flange, trimming and steam vulcanizing for 1 No. for Sl.No.6.

Cost of MS Solid Square bar of size 400 x 100 x 20 mm (73kgs) for Sl.No.11, MS Solid Square rod of 16mm thick (31.50Kgs) & MS Square bush of size 40 mm (5.25Kgs) as per: IS 2062 for Sl.No.12.

Cost of HT stud, Grade 10.9 of size M 12 x 75 mm, with 2 Nuts and 2 washers (Full Thread) for Sl.No.4.

Cost of G.I. bolt M 26 x 125 mm half thread with one nut and two washers for FCV casing

Cost of Consumable and T&P for SL.No.1 to 10.
