REPAIR / CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES SEPTIC TANKS SOAK WELL ETC IN ZONE VI AREA UNDER AGE B/R IV OF GE (SOUTH) MEERUT

Material and labour for cleaning and clearing blockage of sewage lines, manhole by rodding and well flushing the sewage lines after removing of sludge including removing the manhole cover and refixing after cleaning of manhole of any size and depth. The manhole lines to be cleaned mechanically all sludge to be removed to a distance of 3km outside of the cantt area (Note : (a) The contractor shall provide sufficient labours everyday to clear for all types of sewage line blockage complaints. (b) The period of completion for each complaints shall be 24 hours. (c) It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to get the complaints completed with in stipulated period the labour shall be made available during the office hours for any complaints. (d) The payment shall be made to the contractor on the basis of job done on compliants slips for each complaints. No payment shall be made for any incomplete work. The rates quoted by the contractors shall deemed to be included the above aspects & nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

All as per item No 1.00 above but cleaning and blockage of WC's, toilets, kitchen, Sink etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines 150mm bore including manholes gully trap etc upto 1.50m deep by removing all silt, foreign material and other deposits completely and making the lines free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water the operation will be carried out in suitable length by blocking the first and last manhole of path and removing the silt/sludge out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of soak well/soak pit including connected septic tank by discharging the sewage water into a sealed tanker with pipe system including vehicle and other arrangements and disposing within 3 KM outside cantt area complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : 4000 Ltr capacity tank shall be meausred as one unit )

Excavation and getting out of sludge from septic tank in any depth by any means and removing to the distance up to 3 kms outside cantt area and disposed in approved areas all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified internal diameter of pipe 150mm, including demolition pipe.

Material & labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for 150 mm dia pipe work in foul position.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drains complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m in depth for foundation manholes etc or getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks built in Cement mortar (1:6) straight or curved exc. 6mtr mean radious complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11.00 above but except bricks including cleaning of old bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping and benching and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and unreinforced as in PCC benching PCC bed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work to the edge of concrete edges/sides n.exc 200mm thick for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21.00 as above but 6-8mm dia TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design mix as in slabs supported on walls as in soak well/septic tank including demolition of RCC slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes, set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work , placing in desired places and demolition of old cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 75 mm thick (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with Grey Cement and pigment laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, surfaces finished even and smooth by using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm thick and 38 mm wide glass strips as in floor complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition and breaking of drain pipes of 110/75mm size etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid under floors etc, as in waste or rain water pipes including demolition and breaking of old unsv drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends fixed to wall / floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous China Wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern) including white seat cover, closed pattern fixed with aluminium hinging device and making good to disturbed surface of floor, to match the existing and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with set of integral footrests & 'P' or 'S' trap including making good the disturbed surfaces and to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc.50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for form work to suffits of suspended slabs such as floor slabs landings & similar works n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.
