S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick including rideg of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick including rideg of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in any description not otherwise provided for.

S & F rolled mild steel angle/tubular/square/rectangular roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, confirming to Fe 410 - W including distance pieces, cleats, etc., complete.

M &L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as completed

Fixing only Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as completed

M&L or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, dismantling of existing float valve & re fixing the same after cleaning the water tank, capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto all as per serial item No 11 above but capacity of tank exc. 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto all as per serial item No 12 above but capacity of tank exc. 1000 ltr but n.exc 2000 ltrs. complete all as specified and as directed

M & L in repair for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves and similar work including taking down olds shutters/shelves.

M&L for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails for particle board of 18/19 mm thick

Taking down shutters exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plaster and roughning the surface cleaning the surface and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in 25 mm thick roof padding /flooring finished even and smooth

M& L 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid of make Dr. Fixit or STP as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as specified here in after :- (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.30liter per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 (b) 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm of M/S TEXSA Ltd or M/S TIKI Asphalt hydro stop or IWL 3.00kg/sqm membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manuel of the company (c) Painting with one coat of bitumin grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm as in sunken floor all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris off the premises

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in path/PCC road/hardstanding and PCC should be laid in alternate ways and the area of one panel should not be exc 10 Sqm/each and finishing the surface of concrete roads/paths/hardstanding by brooming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (20 mm graded aggregate), as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling ceiling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails incl cover fillets/aluminium snap grid.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work size 605x605 mm for false ceiling incl Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long all as specified & directed by Engr -in-charge

M & L Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick (one side embosed design), fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium grid frame work in ceiling with clips all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs Asbestos Cement Plain building boards/Non asbestos fibre cement building boards any thickness, fixed to timber/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceilings.
