Mechanised Cleaning of septic tanks by bailing out fluid, removing sediments, sludges washing septic tanks floor and walls with fresh water cleaned with wire brush, filling with fresh water and little quantity of well digested sludge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacity of septic tanks. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of following:- (i) Solids/sludges removed from septic tank to be filled in excavated pit 3metre away from Septic tank and coverd with mud. (ii) Sorrounding area of septic tank shall be cleared off from shrubs and other wild growth alround 3metre away from the outer edge of the wall.

Note:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R Mount daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) both the complaint cell located at (Inside OTA of Lawrenec e Road,Cadet accn,ATA Area,DSC Line,New Demo Coy,Office buildings,OTA House,Eqtn sec,MT Area and etc) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 500/- per complaint shall affected from contractor payments. (e) Blockage cleared between two man holes irrespective of length in between shall be treated as one complaint.

Rodding the existing sewage pipe line and removing all sludges and foreign matters completely and neatly from the pipe line and making good to servicable condition and ensuring free flow of sewage for 100mm bore of pipe.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using terbac g5/inchlor-5/nb-10/ terbac-g-65/ inoxi-60/nb-69 and ultra violet ray. make: rays cleantech/ inus watertech/ satya enterprise. location: saa seven stages are as under plants:- (a). first stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using terbac g10/ inoxi-60/nb-69 laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using terbac-g5/ inohor-5/nb-10 a govt laboratory certified brannded halogen compound or e in c approved equivalent product (e). fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent terbac-g65/inoxi-60/nb-69 or einc approved equivalent product.

Note:- (i) company will submit government laboratory test certificate of terbac-g5/inchlor-5/nb-10, terbac-g65/ inoxii-60/nb-69, before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. all the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage) (ii) outlet pipe of oht should be plugged before cleaning the oht to avoid.entering scals and the same shell be reconnected after cleaning the oht and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision . (iii) sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (iv) contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank ie. no water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. note:-the work shall be carried through specialized agency rays cleantech/ inus watertech/ satya enterprise.
