M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work including pintles and locking arrangement conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) The rate inclusive of fixing the grill upto the height of 4th floor of CH(SC) from external (outer ) side of the window. (2) The rate inclusive of scaffolding and necessary safety arrangement required to carry out the work as per best engineering practices.

M&L for Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surface apply two coat of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Mild steel Screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fixed with one washer and one hexagonal nut, the other end to be embedded in RCC, dia of bolt neck 10 mm and length of bolt 10cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20-25 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 16 -18 mm thick Granite slab (of any type/colour) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, pillars;window cills/jamb, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. as counters of any radius etc laid over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:4) including demolition of existing stone slab of any description all as specified and directed.
