Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Walling of random rubble masonry with best quality stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in CM 1:4, all as specified.

All as per the description of item No 6 here-in- before but except stones.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm for lime or sand stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified, of random random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits manholes pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete type 1: 2: 4, type-B2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in manhole covers slab set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete M-10, 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick, as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Construction of soakage well for users, excavation in any type of soil, foundation PCC 1:3:6 wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber screen chamber, brick work CM 1: 4, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry filling with brick bats, complete of size 3.0 m dia 4.50 m deep as shown in drg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Drg No CESZ/TD-01/2015 Sheet 3/3 dt 22.02.2015

Desuldging of septic tank and soak pit of any capacity & any size and depth by taking out sludge and any other organic materials/debris after plugging the incoming sewage line, loading to the cart/lorry & deposting not less than 100 metre away from site, cleaning and covering the deposited sludge with minimum 25cm thick layer of earth, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)

Bailing out foul water directly from septic tanks and soakage wells of any size and depth by manually or mechanical means to a distance not less than 50m away from the site in a such a manner as to preclude the possibility of water through any structure and disposal of water not to cause inconvenience or nuisance in the area or to cause damage to the property structure near by and spread earth to cover bailed water, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between floor/nahani trap to gully trap and upto first manhole, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between WC to gully trap and upto first manhole, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR SRL ITEM No. 55 to 56: Rate quoted deemed to includes cleaning/ removing of blockage of first manhole.

Cleaning of 100mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes in between two consecutive manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth including manholes with manual to mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludge not less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of item No 57 here-in- before but for 150/200mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR SRL ITEM No. 57 to 58: If any blockage removed by the Contractor will re-occur due to negligence in workmanship by the worker within 10 days of cleaning, the same shall be recleaned without any extra cost.
