M & L for rebar of required length & diameter with Sika AnchorFix -3030 or equivalent Epoxy resin whereever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes, then rebars should be inserted in holes that should be filled with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacture recommendation complete as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-incharge complete all as specified & directed.

Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required complete all as specified & directed. Product: Sikadur®-32 LP or equivalent. Consumption: 0.4 kg/m2. Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C.

Supply and apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementitious patch repair mortar. Product: SikaTop®-122 HS or equivalent. Yield: approx. 0.84 ltr/kg. System requirements: compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 3N/ mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79. PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. It is ready to use and simple to apply.Sika® Antisol® A-4 White will form a thin film, covering the surface of the concrete to prevent premature water loss due to evaporation. Product: Sika® Antisol® A-4 White Product Requirement: ASTM C309 Consumption : 5 to 6.5 m2 per liter depending on wind, humidity and temperature condition.

Makeing 'V' groove of 5mm wide and 5mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-in-charge and succeded by following steps:- (i) Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 5mm deep and 5mm wide with solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Product: Sikadur®-31. Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: Conforms to ASTM C 881-78, Type I, Grade 3, Class B+C; compressive strength > 60 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ASTM C 881; bond strength > 11 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 882. (ii) Drilling and fixing injection packers in RC members including, Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.

Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive like Sikadur-31 or equivalent. Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.
