Taking down carefully unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including all fittings such as switches, socket, ceiling roses and fittings complete and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated, PVC unsheathed cable single core, nominal area 1.5 sq mm with stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn into and incl rigid PVC conduit (concealed) 19 mm internal dia with all PVC conduit fittings such as Tees, elbows, bend, reducers etc and 1.5 sq mm unsheathed copper conductor earth wire connected to earth dolly incl CI/MS boxes 1.6 mm thick with two coats of anticorrosive paint outside and aluminum paint inside sunk in wall with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite Hylam/Arkay light brand sheet cover (white) for mounting of switches, sockets and switch sockets, regulators as required complete all as specified and directed for the following Note :- The rates of chase cutting on wall concealing conduit and steel terminal boxes are included in the unit rates.

M&L for collection of unserviceable ceiling fan (any make any size) form AGE E/M stores or taking down from users residence for carrying out the repair, reassembling the same including replacement of wornout nuts, bolts and washers, MS clip screw split pin, ball bearing, bush rubber reel including derusting, servicing, oiling greasing, rewinding of fan motor with super enamelled copper of suitable gauge, reinstalling, testing and making electric connection to ensure and making electric connection to ensure proper functioning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate includes the cost of all spares material as mentioned above except rewinding of fan motor, bush MS Clip, rubber reel and ball bearing. The rewinding of fan, moter, bush MS Clip, rubber reel & bell bearing shall be measured paid separately

Rewinding to fan motor of any capacity of any make with supper enameled copper winding wire of existing size and quantity including insulating materials ie varnish, sleeves etc with full satisfaction of engineer-in-charge for following :-

S&F down rod for ceiling fan made out of galvanized iron pipe of size 15mm dia medium grade(ISI marked) of length 0.3 metre including threading, cutting, slotting, drilling including nut, bolt, clip, washer and rubber real complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix A C starter unit consisting of one 25 Amp capacity starter, one 240 V 25 Amps 10 KA SPN MCB, one 25 Amps socket and one 25 Amps plug top prewired of Make : North West / Havells / Legrand complete as specified after taking out old unserviceable starter unit all as directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two run of single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded cable copper conductor drawn through PVC casing caping/conduit/ concealed in new PVC conduit (As per site req) with all fittings including 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth wire after taking out old un serviceablewring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Two run of single core cable 4 sq mm and one run earth wire 4.0 sq mm will be measured as one length.

All as per item No.66 here in before but with two run of single core 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable as earth wire complete. Note : (i) Two run of single core cable 6 sq mm and one run earth wire 6.0 sq mm will be measured as one length.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 230 volt distribution board (Protection class IP-42) double door suitable for mounting isolator fixing MCB conforming to IS 13032,IS 8626 BS 5484 with 200 Amp rating copper bus bar SP & N 12 way 240 volt down old MCB DB of any capacity . Note- MCB Shall be measured and paid for separately
