PART A Bituminous Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Carted Earth Embankment) all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

(Cement Treated Sub base) providing, laying and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a prepared sub grade/Sub base, Cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually,mixing in place with Rotavator and compacting with Road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P,and royalty but excluding cost of GST.

(Cement Treated Base) providing, laying and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a preparedSub base, Cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually,mixing in place with Rotavator and compacting with Road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base. Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, and royalty but excluding cost of GST.

Brick edging on both side of the road with first class brick 7 cm wide. 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in -charge including cost of all material labour, T&P and labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular/ Bituminous surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP3 type Hume Pipe S&S in position including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing & fixing reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Ordinary Kilometre Stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703. Including cost of all labour, T&P, labour cess and all taxes complete. all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.
