Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc up to 10m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished without using extra cement complete.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of wall care putty complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame)

Taking down chowkhat or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and not exceeding 4 Sqm each sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame)

Taking down shutters of any description not exc 2 Sqm each.

M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges 100 mm size, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid sep) all as spd.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter devided into square with plain, chamferred or rounded sash bar and fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, size of members as per SSS Part - I section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

S&F Factory Made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkat of size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 50-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers( wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives ( max toxicityindex of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face & 1100 N Edge), min compressive strength of 58N/sqmm and resistance to flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed with MS Holdfast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engr in charge.Note: For WPC solid door/windows frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
