OptionalThe bidder (for JV, all members of JV) shall submit a declaration on Rs. 100/- NJS paper that The procurement of Diesel (POL) for this work will be made within the state of Telangana and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work. (As per Bid Document)
OptionalThe bidder shall submit a declaration regarding expiry of Contractor Registration, on Rs. 100/- NJS paper and upload the same on eprocurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work (as per bid document)
RequiredThe bidders (in case of JV, all the partners) shall furnish CA certificate regarding Corporate debt restructuring /Strategic debt restructuring (CDR/SDR) in the last five financial years (As per Bid Document)
Optionalin case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV ) is not a manufacturer of DI pipes, the bidder (Lead partner of JV ) shall submit Attested copy of U form/ MOU obtained from reputed/ principal manufacturers of DI pipes to supply the DI pipes to the bidder for the execution of work
OptionalIn case, bidder (for JV, if any of the members of JV) is not having experience in providing SCADA, the bidder (Lead partner of JV) shall submit MOU obtained from agency having experience in providing SCADA for the execution of work
RequiredThe tenderer (for JV, any member of JV) or their employee shall possess valid A grade Electrical license. OR An undertaking to the effect that if the tenderer (single entity or JV firm) turns out to be L1 bidder, shall produce a MOU on Rs.100/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper with A grade Electrical License holder to execute the electrical component before concluding the agreement (As per BD)
RequiredThe bidder shall submit undertaking on Rs 100/- NJS paper for concluding separate agreement with ULB for O&M of existing and new Under Ground Sewerage systems in case O&M entrusted to successful bidder and agree for staggered release of deposits (Retained money deposit) over O&M period @ yearly intervals and employ technical supervisors experienced in O&M(for JV, all members of JV) (as per BD)
RequiredThe bidders (in case of JV, any of the partner) as a prime contractor shall have satisfactorily completed minimum one year of operation and maintenance of Sewerage Projects/Improvement Schemes (consisting of Sewage Treatment Plants/ Wetwells/ Sewage Pumping Stations /Pump Sets/Laying of sewer pipelines / House sewer connections or combined) during the last ten financial years(As per Bid Document)
