Work of Regular door to door collection of domestic waste/garbage/ Non Industrial waste from Industrial/Institutional/Commercial/Residential Units/Plots, The above Collected domestic waste/Garbage/ Non Industrial waste shall be disposed from the site to outside the Industrial area to the dumping site identified by the contractor at his own cost to the full satisfaction of engineer-in-charge including all cost of T & P with all consumables, loading, unloading, all lead & lift etc. complete. The contractor will be bound to follow all the rules & regulations /orders of NGT, RSPCB etc. as applicable from time to time. The scope of work includes (i) Collection of garbage door to door from each Industrial/Institutional/Commercial/ Residential units/plots on regular basis & its lifting in tippers/tractor trolleys etc. fitted with volume controlled sound system, transporting to the dumping site identified by the contractor at his own cost inclusive of all etc. complete.(ii) The agency will have to submit the adequate proof regarding disposal of waste at the specified place.(iii) The regular work shall be taken up as per terms & conditions of tender document. (3 days in a week)

Labor charges for cleaning the full right of way (ROW) excluding drain at I/A Kukas. The scope of work consists of: (a) Leveling/dressing of berm portion including jungle clearance, removal of rubbish etc. between carpet edge & drain & the area between drain & boundary of plots i.e. up to full width of ROW in required camber & grade so as to drain off the water from road portion to drain inlets easily. The removal of overburden shall be done mechanically/manually as per site condition to the full satisfaction of engineer-in – charge including all cost of T & P with all consumables. (b).Cleaning of paved shoulder/footpath wherever provided including removal of grass/any other foreign matter and cleaning of chutes. (c) Transportation of excavated/scrapped material/Garbage/rubbish from the site outside the industrial area. (d) Cleaning of carpet area in all respect including removal of dust, foreign material i.e. loose/deposited, jungle clearance, garbage, litter polythene bags etc. manually or mechanically as per site conditions & removing all the hoardings, banners posters etc. on regular basis. (e) It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to restrict the entrepreneurs not to dump the waste material on road/ROW falling on the roads given in Schedule & name of plant/factory is to be reported to engineer-in – charge so as to take action against the defaulter entrepreneurs as per RIICO rules. (f) If any type of the excavated /broomed/scraped material or any other foreign material is seen lying on the road included in the work order for more than Three days, then after Three days an amount of Rs. 1000/- per day shall be deducted from the bill. (g) It shall be sole responsibility of the contractor to remove the dead animal/Skeleton from the road portion (included in work order) on same day so as avoid any type of infection from the area concerned. (h) The contractor shall maintain a register to get the feedback regarding cleanliness done on respective road & respective entrepreneurs established on that particular roads & same is to be got countersigned from the engineer-in-charge at regular intervals as mutually decided. * The above said work is to be carried on the roads as per enclosed Annexure A.

Desilting/cleaning of existing effluent/Strom water carrying drainage system (all types of section of drains) of Industrial area Kukas Jaipur. The scope of work includes cleaning of drains, approaches & cross drainage works up to bottom of the drains complete on regular basis in such a manner that the uninterrupted flow of existing drain is obtained with proper cleaning with all lead & lift and disposal of sludge, garbage etc. and transporting the same with all due care to a suitable ultimate disposal outside the industrial area as per the direction of Engineer in charge. *The above said work is to be carried on the drainage system as per enclosed Annexure A.*
