Supply of Elevated Omni-directional, Medium Intensity Light Fittings suitable for Taxiway Edge Lighting use with LED complete with all accessories, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 6 nos M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washers and other accessories with Omni directional blue lens, LED lamp and other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part-5.

Supply of ICAO Complaince Inset type bi-directional high intensity runway edge light fixture With Clear/ Yellow Lens suitable for operatios on 5 KV,50 Hz ,series circuit 2.8 to 6.6 Amps series circuit to meet ICAO requirement complete with optical assembly, gasket, bipin lamp holder, connecting lead i/c supply of sutalbe watt ,6.6A halogen lamp which should be 2Nos x 150Watt requirement of Cast Aluminium made shallow box, SS bolts & washers, etc. as required and as per enclosed specifications with following lenses/ filters.

Supply of 15W, 6.6A/6.6A, 5 KV grade 50 Hz series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections meeting ICAO requirement as per IS/IEC etc. complete as required. (Secondary lead should be suitable for plug in connection to the secondary lead of the fittings offered)

Supply of 200W, 20A/6.6A, 5 KV grade 50 Hz series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections meeting ICAO requirement as per IS/IEC etc. complete as required. (Secondary lead should be suitable for plug in connection to the secondary lead of the fittings offered)

Supply of 6 sqmm 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable as required and confirming to the relevant IS meeting ICAO requirement.

Supply of single core 6 Sq.mm, 5 KV grade, stranded annealed plane copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmored underground, anti-rodent anti termite treated airfield lighting cable, confirming to IS 1554 Part II with up to date amendments as required.

Supplying of 63 mm Dia (outer dia) HDPE pipe, PE 63, PN 6, ISI marked along with all accessories conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete for laying of Control Cable by HDD method from CCR room to Hanger and Helipad site etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / DWC HDPE pipe as required. (For 1x 6/2 x 6 )

Making Field connections by crimping plug and receptable type essna connectors for 6/16 sq.mm core copper conductor cable of 5KV grade including applying corrosion inhibiting compound(crimping paste), PVC tapping and water seal tapping etc., complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type MIRL on the existing transformer housing boxes including, installation of transformers, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Inset type bi-directional high intensity runway edge light fixture on runway surface including PCC/RCC Core cutting installation of housing box, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Demolishing cement concrete / bituminous road / paverblock roads by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure w ith cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.75 metre below ground level along with cable and connect to conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation / road crossing etc., including form work etc as required.

Supply and making field connection of 2.5 Sq.mm, 8 mtr. long, copper conductor, two pin secondary lead of 5KV grade assembly suitable for runway / taxiway / approach / inset light fittings etc., complete as required

Dismantling of existing elevated type airfield lighting system, including C.I Box, light fitting, Isolating transformers and cable terminals from C.I Box, loading, shifting, unloading, and handing over to AAI warehouse and demolishing of projected PCC/RCC existing foundation and leveling the same with PCC and disposal of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Maintaining the existing runway lighting system on the existing shoulder (on temporary basis ) by providing 600mm x 60 mm x 100 mm Cement Pre-cast Slab having 100 mm dia (OD) in the centre and 6 nos. x M-10 size SS nut grouted for receiving the Base Plate of R/Way edge light fittings including providing 2 parallel holes accross the thickness of the slab, necessary interconnection with the 5kv grade AFL/2.5 sq.mm secondary lead cable of R/Way edge light/ISolation X-mer,making field connection etc. complete to the satisfaction of the AAI Official while civil works are underway.

Laying, Jointing and commissioning of HPDE pipe of 63 mm dia, PE 63, PN 6 by trenchless method by carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) along/across various fexible/rigid pavement likr Runway/Taxiway and service Road /Drain etc.at various site/location as per the drawing approved by AAI including survey, information collection regarding underground utilities, sensing of utilities by sensing equipment, pit making, pilot drilling, pre-reaming, pulling the supplied duct / cable of various size as per the design invert level and Providing baricades and necessary warning signal lights, closing of pit with excavated earth, restoration of Paved Surfaces /Utilities etc. as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of guidance sign boards having various sizes (As per ICAO standard) with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminum profile with suitable support. The rear panel shall be made of 1.2mm. Signage sheet shall be 4mm thick, long life imported poly carbonate non- specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required colouring for mandatory / informatory guidance sign. The boards shall be internally illuminated with suitable numbers of LED tube lamps and all other accessories including converter / ballast to be operated on 2.8A to 6.6Amps, AC constant current series system including isolating transformer. Board shall have secondary leads protected with MS flexible pipe with its adaptor including nut bolt, frangible mounting legs, flange, all civil works like excavation, C/C foundation. Board shall have necessary water proof protection and shall be equivalent to ICAO latest amendment complete in all respects as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commisioning of Microprocessor Assisted, Indoor Air Cooled Type, Constant Current Regulator of Thyristor Control Electronics Type to Operate on 230V/415 AC Supply, 50 Hz c/s input System with Output Power of 4 KW at 6.6 Amp with 5 Steps Variation of current Output ( 6, 5.2, 3.4, 2.8 Amp) Suitable for Local and Remote Control Operation with 48 V Control, Supply Complete with Output Ammeter of 0 - 10 Amps Range, Overcurrent, Over Voltage, Earth Fault Protection and Earth Leakage Meter, Positive Back Indications Equipment, Hour Run Counter. LCD Display Complete as Required and as Per AAI Specification.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured, copper conductor control cable of following size as per IS 7098 part - I as applicable and with upto date amendments and suitable upto 1100 volt grade reqd.(power house to hanger site) 5C x 1.5 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE control cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL / DWC HDPE pipe as required. 5C x 1.5 sq. mm

Constructing masonry Chamber of size 100x100x750 cm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality
