S&F in replacement 40mm bore tube 'light grade' galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete with electric pole, laid in trenches for passing of XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying cable including getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be less than 3 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to re earthing for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Testing after complete servicing, cleaning and repairing of microprocessor controlled air cooled scroll chiller 48 TR capacity (2 Nos Each) with energy efficient scroll compressor complete having facility of digital setting of temp levels, built in time relay and restoration after testing all electrical connection with the help of lugs from control box to AHU complete as per satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed. Note 1:- All items which are required for connection and servicing ( i.e MCB, copper cable) are deemed to be included in quoted rate only Note 2:- After complete servicing and repairing, functionality check of plant and AHU will be done in presence of Engr-in-charge for both hot and cold operation.

Compressor Gas (R-407C/R-410A/R-134A/R507/R-22/R-32) all as specified and directed.

Capilliary tubing and removing existing tubing all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old MS duct insulation and repair of any leakage in chiller/AHU duct all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old/ damage MS duct of AHU/chiller duct all as specified and directed.

TEV ( Thermal expansion valve) all as specified and directed.

Replacement of fan motor and condenser fan of AHU all as specified and directed.

Connector (MX-32) of AC plant in control box and rewiring of control box all as specified and directed.

Servicing and repairing of AHU unit and replacement of AHU filter also maintenance and servicing for louvers for fresh air after cleaning all as specified and directed.

Servicing, testing and cleaning of Cold storage room of size 18X11X8 feet with compressor unit ( Make: Blue star) after detecting the leakage of gas and repair and refixing after servicing, changing the filter and dryer and changing the relay all as specified and directed.

Running capacitor suitable for cold storage room as approved all as specified and directed.

Compressor (12 TR capacity) of AC plant for existing make ( danfoss commercial compressors) Model No:- SZ185S4RC having voltage range (380-400 V at 50 Hz frequency) and thermally protected or its equivalent in Carrier, Voltas, Kirloskar suitable for existing AC Plant as approved all as specified and directed.

Thermocol for cold storage room all as specified and directed.

Compressor for cold storage room of capacity 3 TR as per existing make or its equivalent in Carrier, Voltas, Kirloskar as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and repairing of outdoor unit, axle fan (12 inch) for cold storage room complete to make it fully functional to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed.

Strip heater of capacity 8-10 KW of cold storage room all as specified and directed.
