Manning & operation of electrically operated lift 08 passenger/ 13 passenger (544/ 884Kg) and 1000/ 2000Kgs Goods lift of make - ECE, OTIS,Thyssenkrupp, Monarch etc to serve upto G+12 upper floors (Bharani, Sarvana),G+15 floors (Archana), G+14 upper floors (Alakhnanda), G+16 floors (Jyestha & Danistha), 6/8 passenger (408/544/ Kg) capacity of Thyssenkrupp/Escon make to serve upto G+9 upper floors in Rohini, Revati, Kartikeya, Gemini, Viswakarma and Vatsala daily 16 hrs in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including taking care of from any pilfrerage/ theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge in Bldgs :Bharani, Alakhnanda, Archana,Sarvana, Gemini, Kartikeya, Revati,Rohini, Jyestha, Danistha, Viswakarma and Vatsala bldgs (Total- 12 Nos bldgs) Note :- (i) One Lift operator to be employed in two buildings per shift. (ii) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of passes (iii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators

(iv) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (v) Lift operators (semi skilled) report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (vi) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell.

(viii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediate attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied. (ix) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (x) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (xi) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (xii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost Item No 1 i.e Rs 38,41,200.00, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2) .

(xiv). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs 38,41,200.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xv) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working

Repair/maintenacne of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the 08 PS (544 Kgs) capacity in building : Rohini, Revati, Gemini, Kartikaya (G+9 upper floor) 04 Nos lift

All as per item No 2 above but 06 PS (408 Kgs) capacity of building : Rohini, Revati, Gemini, Kartikaya (G+9 upper floor) 04 Nos lift

Note for item No 2 & 3 :- (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (vi) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (vii) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (viii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (x) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenace & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable Governor steel wire rope after disconnecting from car cabin supply and fix new steel wire rope 08 mm dia ungalvanised 08/19 construction in and including necessary connection with machine room and shaft pit with clamp nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoistway & supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 Core flat/ round type with standared copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm conforming to relavent IS in and including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection require in circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable Main steel wire rope after disconnecting from car cabin supply and fixing main steel wire rope 13 mm dia ungalvanised 08/19 construction in and including necessary connection with machine room and shaft pit complete with clamp nut bolt and washers.

Dismantling and taking out U/S car door from car cabin supplying and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 800 mm Opening 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out all defective batteries from existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new new car cabin fan non oscilatting type axist flow single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable landing door from various floors & supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated auto telescopic / centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 800 mm Opeing 1.2 mm thick complete with door suitable for (06/08 Ps lifts.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling existing lift car and supply and fix new car made of stainless steel hair line finish, 1.5 mm thick, SS 304 grade, as per existing size, arrangement to fix car door operator, made of MS sheet platform covered with 5 mm thick aluminium flooring, SS false ceiling with LED lights, Fan, ETc for 08 Passenger Lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down old speed governor complete with pit pulley and machine room pulley and S & F new pulley complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out all defective existing old defective sensor supply and fix INFRA RED with power unit on car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for Passsenger lift and 800/900 mm x 2000 mm door opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
