Notes : (i) The work consists of 02 jobs as under:- JOB (A) : TPP 2024-2025 Ser No. 51 & JOB (B) : TPP 2024-2025 Ser No.___ (ii) Please refer schedule 'A' notes before quoting the tender. (iii) Amount of Schedule of Credit shall be deducted off line by the department. (iv) The Basic Rate quoted Ser item No 1.01 to 2.08 are deemed to include for the following and nothing extra will be paid for these works:-1. Cleaning the floor surface area after painting work if contractor fail to cleaning the floor surface a recovery of Rs. 200/- per Sqm of floor area shall be made from his dues. (v) Supplying, erecting and use of scaffolding upto required height around the builing ( height of bulg 20 to 25m) or upto 5th floor height with necessary H-frames, pipes, couplers, buckles, bracing, top platform with support railing at top etc. at all levels of building including carriage of the materials to the location, erecting, fixing the scaffolding and dismembering the same after working and taking away the scaffolding materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Special Condition:- The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. ITEMS FOR JOB 'A'

Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No. 1.01 above but pre-cast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made of pre cast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ srl item No. 1.04 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1.01 shall be re-used after cleaning etc

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for ready mix plaster rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate should be deemed to include for working in bldgs of any height and cost of scafolding required is deemed included.

M&L for ready mix plaster rendering 15 mm thick of brick work or concrete surfaces including WPC (Water proofing compound paid separtately) finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Quoted rate should be deemed to include for working in bldgs of any height and cost of scafolding required is deemed included.

M&L using ready mix plaster rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Quoted rate should be deemed to include for working in bldgs of any height and cost of scafolding required is deemed included.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old wall and ceiling surfaces of any description and M&L for applying one coat of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or coloured by auto roller complete all as specified & directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from wall by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, asbestos sheet and roof etc and M&L for applying (multipurpose mixer) wall care putty upto 2 mm thick including applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or coloured by auto roller by skilled labour over & including one coat of primer upto height of 4th storey including necessary scaffolding and grinding where necessary complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

Preparation of old wall surfaces of any description and M&L for applying one coat of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern by auto roller complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of camouflage pattern over & including one coat of primer on wall/roof by auto roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services).

Preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls and ceiling and filling cracks/hole by applying walls and ceiling putty (multipurpose mixer will be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller complete complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and ceiling by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, M&L for applying wall care putty upto 2 mm thick (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty)with & including applying two coats oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over & including a coat of primer by auto roller complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Item rate shall include for any height of shutter including required scafolding etc)

All as per BOQ Serial item No 2.07 above but two coats of aluminium paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
