Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of twin lobe type rotary air blower driven through “V” belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable HP operated on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles, A/C supply.suitable for delivering 74cum/hr free air at 0.5kg / cm2 / user and satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge / User. Make : as per existing setup or equivalent.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fine bubble air diffusers complete with jointers and necessary fittings as required.for smooth operation and satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge / User. Make : as per existing setup or equivalent.

Dismentalling of old unused / damaged air pipe line and Providing, fixing and recommissioning of new air turbine (Partly) where as required, including pipe line for connecting of new standby air blower. Dismentling of old A - 42 V belt of existing air blower and re- fixing the new belt including servicing of blower like greasing, Servo - 90 - Oil refil, air filter, supply and fixing of new oil filled analog type 4"dial x 3/8" Pressure Indicator, nut bolts etc. as required for smooth operation of the system..

Dismentling of existing unused / damaged pipe fittings / connectors etc. of existing pumps including nut bolts, rubber gaskets, pump glands and replacement of these with new items including oiling, greasing of pumps,pressure indicators etc for smooth operation of existing sewage treatment plant-complete

Supplying and laying the PVC insulated & sheathed FRLS Armoured cables of 1.1 K.V. Aluminium Conductor including supplying and making and termination with brass compression glands:

3 Core x 4 Sq.mm and satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge / User. Make : as per existing setup or equivalent.

Dismantling / Repair / Re-Installation and recommissioning of Existing Dual Media Filter having the capacity of 2000 LPH and dia of 350 mm & HOS : 1500 mm, MOC: MSEC.. The old and discharged media of this existing DMF would be thrown away and recharged with fresh media. The vessel would be repainted /repaired. Thel destroyed nut-bolts,packings/internal collection and distribution /defusers system would be repaired/re-commissioned for smooth operation and for the satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Repair of existing MS Fabricated sewage plant by using of new MS sheets,ISA:25/40/50(where as required) and internal fibre re-enforcement / 2 coats of Epoxy paint (where as required) for smooth operation of plant and for the satisfaction of Engineer In-Charge.
