Excavation in trenches in soft/loose n exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required levels/slope for drain/channel/foundation complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius complete all as specified and as directed .

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using bricks obtained from demolition, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement all as specified & as direced.

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30/45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, approved soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil/ excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinfored cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab inluding necessary form work placed in position over manholes/drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
