Design and decoration of both interior and exterior of AIDC Exhibition Stall for Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit 2025 at Guwahati

Installation, decoration, and branding of AIDC Exhibition Stall, including side walls, floor, ceiling, front & side fascia, as per approved design and specification. The stall will include a Registration & Helpdesk area, Reception area, Networking Lounge, Digital kiosks, VR zones, interactive displays, staff workstation, exhibition area, storage, photo opportunity area, water station, etc.

The interior shall reflect the theme Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit, 2025 – Viksit Assam@2047 and the industrial ethos of AIDC through imaginative and original design, including 2D & 3D models as per requirement of AIDC.

Painting of AIDC Exhibition Stall (inside and outside) as per approved design.

Provisioning electricity include adequate lighting arrangements inside and outside the stall and electrical maintenance, including an on-site electrician.

Installation and operation of an inverter for PA system, CCTV, and emergency lighting.

Installation & maintenance of LED screens and TVs for displaying videos and theme content, along with experienced manpower.

Firefighting arrangements as per Assam Fire Service and Assam Police regulations.

Providing blowups, flex, glow signs, and models aligned with Advantage Assam 2.0 theme.

Maintenance of networking lounge, kiosks, exhibition areas, reception, etc.

Provision of an internet connection of adequate capacity.

Deployment of security/housekeeping personnel (men & women) from 24-02-2025 to 02-03-2025 as per RFP.

Special decoration with fresh flowers for the inauguration day, including bouquets and garlands, etc. as per requirement of AIDC.

Adequate sitting arrangements, including sofas, tables, chairs, lamp stand, and flower garlands, etc. as per requirement of AIDC.

Photography and video coverage during the event, with 8 high-quality photo albums (100 photos each).

Obtaining necessary approvals/NOCs from Authority, Assam Fire Service, Electricity Authority, and Assam Police, etc.

Placement of fresh flower tubs and pots for stall areas, replaced regularly.

Clean drinking water system, hi-tea for officials/VIP/VVIP, and customized gifts for VIPs/VVIPs. Provisions for serving hi-tea to Officials/VIP/VVIP per day during the exhibition period with trained & professional caterer to be made.

Providing adequate face masks and sanitizers in the Pavilion, VIP lounge, and Reception counter for the entire period.

Reception facilities for VIPs and VVIPs with adequate experienced manpower.

High-quality flooring arrangements complementing the summit theme.

Regular cleaning of the stall areas every two hours.

Provision of glow signs of AIDC in English, Hindi, and Assamese.

Integration of advanced AI-powered interactive kiosks for visitor engagement and real-time information dissemination.

Virtual Reality (VR) experience zones showcasing futuristic industrial projects and investment opportunities in Assam.

Implementation of a Smart Visitor Tracking System using RFID or QR code technology for seamless entry and exit monitoring.

Integration of AI-driven data analytics systems to monitor visitor engagement, demographic trends, and feedback in real-time.

Deployment of holographic displays for interactive product showcases and presentations.

Dismantling and thorough cleaning after the event.
