Taking out hanging doors from LT panels welding the doors in position by using new hinges on MS flats including fixing/welding of new MS flats and scrapping old surface and cleaning smoothly and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including fixing of locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out air circuit breaker any capacity calibration, servicing and replacement of fixed and movable contact points, NVC coil, auxillary coils, auxillary thermal magnetic relays, charge springs and greasing of all movable parts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 38 here-in-before but 400sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 100mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacement 80mm bore, steel tubings galvanised, light grade with all fittings fixing along the electric laying in trench or pole / wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this work due to the presence of existing live cable lines and hence manual excavation only is allowed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite partricles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

Laying only for existing cable cover laid in trenches with equal to length of cable across the cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed.
