Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and apply one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/un plastered ceiling surfaces and apply one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing existing treatment using grinding machine/ mechanical means (as per instructions) on walls including scraping, removing all mud, cake with wire brush and gunny bags from old plastered surfaces and preparation of surfaces by apply minimum 1 to 1.2mm thickness of altek/birla white putty to obtain smooth/even finish using sand paper and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant cement based priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/un plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface & CGI roofing sheets of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for apply one or more coats of french polishing on old wood surfaces of any description, width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.
