Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.

Double strip (horizontal type)

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

old work (two or more coats) with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

French spirit polishing :

One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 19 mm thick, ply wood (BWR) grade including IInd class teak wood lipping of 19mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finishedmild steel piano hinges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing ply bowwod board 19mm thick (BWR) grade marked, in shelves,frames with screws and fittings wherever required,etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Cleaning of entire internal portion of quarters with very mild acid/approved soap solution and mopping of floors, cleaning of dados and flooring including kitchen tiles above cooking platform , attached bath room, common both room and WC including cleaning wash basin, water closet etc.(Cost included removal of all the accumulated waste materials,cobwebs ,dirt and dust) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing necessary repairs to damaged cupboard shutters s by removing the door after removing the bent hinges and refixing the same in poriginal position after necessary repairs to the panels so as to ensure easy operations with necessary replacement of 16 crank regular closing mild steel nickel coated 34x22" cabinet hinges as required, all complete as per the directions of Engineer in charge.( Note: The approximate door areas to be repaired shall be upto 1 sqm)
