Surface dressing in soft loose soil n exc 15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge

Removing execavated material to a distance exc 50m but not exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, as in soft / loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of newly plastered or unplastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint as in camouflaging pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles including necessary welding, riveting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in Mild Steel Gate of angle or other section with gusset plate, rails, braces, stair case, barreled doors, cover grills etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including welding to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks,hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing and building upto 8 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.80mm thick as in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Expanded metal not exc 4 kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required, including welding it with MS framework or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified directed.
