Providing and laying primer coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 6.00Kg/10Sqm including cleaning of road surface complete in all respects as per Clause 503 of MORT&H specification (5th edition) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (including carriage of all material) (N.S)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade (VG-10) @ 3.00kg/10sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface. (including carriage of all material) (N.S)

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted Dense Bituminous Macadam having as laid density 2.3 gm/cc crushed stone aggregates confirming Table No. 500.3 (physical characteristics) grading 2 of Table 500-4 (grading compaction) of MORT&H specification (4th edition ) premixed with straight run bitumen grade (VG-30 bulk) 60/70 penetration @ 4.25% (by wt. of total mix),in 60-90 TPH HOT Mix plant, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to required grade, level, alignment and rolled with smooth wheelled/ vibratory, ststic as per MORT&H Specification on achieve the desired density complete as per clause 504 to the entire specifications (5th revision). (including carriage of all material)

Providing and laying avg 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100/120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading-II with Bituminous binder @ 5.5%(by wt. of total mix) transporting the Hot Mix to work site laying with hyrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tendom rollers to achive the desire compaction as per MORT&H specification Clause 509 complete in all respect (5th revision). (including carriage of all material)
