Supply installation testing and commissioning of 01x 80 mm dia motorised butterfly valve (MBFV) having CI Disc with nylon coating and pressure rating of 1.6 bar including the below mentioned scope of work :- (a) Supply and laying in ground at appropriate depth with sand and brick protection/fixing on wall 6x1.5 Sq mm copper armoured cable -100 RM (b) Integration with addition of input/output ( if required) the MBFV in existing panel based control panel so as ensure manual/automatic control of MBFV from the said PLC based panel. (c) Upgradation of Existing SCADA software including creating new tags modification of existing SCADA screen to represent the new MBFV alongwith suitable OPEN/Close soft keys etc. (d) Testing and commissioning of PLC panel and SCADA system as required at site complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour of Run lead joints in repair including extracting old lead while removing the old joint to the following size bore of water Supply Lines with spigot & socket ends including necessary earth work excavation in soft loose soil up to 1.5 mtr width and 1.5mtr depth returning and filling and well ramming including watering as required. Removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) This item is applicable where independent leaked joints to be repaired. (ii) Old retrieved lead may be used by the contractor under this item. Additional lead as required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in hard dense soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Taking up/out cast iron water mains including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints for pipe of following sizes bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Lead joints shall be burnt out carefully so as to recover the old lead maximum for reuse.

Laying, jointing and testing serviceable cast iron water pipes with flanged end or spigot and socketed ends as retrieved vide item No 7 above in any length including cleaning, cutting for reducing length as required, jointing as in trenches for following size bore in new or old locations. Supply and replace existing unserviceable sluice valve with new cast iron flanged sluice valve of class PN1.6 ISI marked (IS-14846) with stainless steel spindle and hand wheel including fixing in existing/new position by providing new nut bolts, fibre board gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning area around of 2 mtr in radius by cutting of bushes and scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface and painting two coats of black/blue/green synthetic enamele paint of 1st quality on CI/DI pipe line of 200/250mm dia on exposed rising main and delivery line of water supply from sewage pump house to reservoir at water pump house near HQ 21 Corps Adm bldg and other locations complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Trimming/Cuting of bushes and grass of Pump houses /Substations/MES Installations and surrounding of OH/water reservoir piller boxes at various location and dumping/staging at 50 mtr away from existing point all as specified and directed.
