Supply of Decorative Column 5.0 metre height above the ground level made out of GI, tubular pole ‘T’ washed and primered. (ASTM A123, with minimum average GI coating of 65μm.), having two sections, bottom section of minimum 1000mm (L) x 140mm dia and the top section with minimum of 4000mm (L) x 76mm dia, in built junction looping box at bottom section with 32 A heavy duty 4 way connector for loop in & loop out. The Embellishments are cast in iron and fitted to the column by grubs screw fitting. Design comply EN40 standard and basic wind speed 169kmph. The embellishments shall be sealed to the column. The Pole Base plate should be with 250x250x12 mm. The column shall also be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cut-out of the door opening. The column should be given with two coats of epoxy primer and above that it should be given with polyurethane UV resistant coating (painted with avg. DFT of 70μm). Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench , complete as required - 90 mm dia (OD90 mm & ID -76 mm nominal)

Supplying new Bracket (hot dip galvanized as per ASTM A123) suitable for the existing pole and the light fixture in item no.3. Colour and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia 700 mm long (62mm 75mm for curved portion) The bolts have 2 nos Nuts and Washers, 50mm PVC pipe for cable entry.

Laying of 4 x 16sqmm PVC armored, aluminium along the Bridge with proper clamping,etc

Painting of the Existing Pole with Pu paint two or more coate over a priming coat as per manufacture specification. The rate inclusive of removing old paint, rust etc., using sand paper and preparing smooth surface for painting.
