Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm crushed graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable upto 25 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 16 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 25 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in replacement Galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cable jointing kit suitable for LT XLPE UG cable for strainght through heat shrinkable indoor termination type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 50 sqmm 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium lugs suitable for 16 to 50 sqmm LT cable line complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of factory made sheet metal enclosure, powder coated, indoor type (double door) of size 0.90x0.90x0.20m suitable for wall / floor mounting (incl all arrangement for fixing) made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having independent compartments suitable for S&F 01 x MCCB 4 Pole, refixing of 06 Nos x Single Phase energy meter and S&F outgoing 06 Nos x MCB SPN and one set of indicator lamp, provided with front hinged shutter with lockable arrangement and clear glass to visualize the meter reading without opening the compartment with sufficient working space, prewired with single core PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wire of size 6sqmm from bus bar to each meter compartment (for Phase, neutral and earth wire) and outgoing connections from meter to respective outgoing MCB duly crimped with copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and consisting of following :- (i) Bus bar for 3 Phase system of 4 x 200 Amps rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulators in independent compartment having front openable shutter - 01 Set. S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure, double door type, having door earthing, suitable for fixing MCBs, TPN with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 4 way, 240 Volts. Make :- Indo Asian Cat Part No 810336 or equivalent of makes mentioned in list of makes here-in-after .

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN, 4 way, double door, powder coated, protection class IP-54, isolated neutral bar, mechnical impact strength IK 09 suitable for mounting MCB, DBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8632, BS-5484 with min 200 Amp rating copper bus bar, fixing on wall with nut, bolts, washers with proper cement mortar / PCC complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP upto 40 Amps 240 Volts , type 'C' curve, 10 KA, IS-8828 marked fixing in DB complete all as specified & directed. Note :-Make of MCB shall be same of that DB.
