Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine dirven generating set of capacity 75 KVA/60KW, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 0.8 PF, 3 phase 4 wire, radiator cooled engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears (AMF panel) for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter, mounted on a common channel MS base frame complete with standard fuel tank, suitable capacity of batteries with leads and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-II norms, approved enclosure including foundation as per OEM instructions complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for cable complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with soil not exc 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposition where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable in layers (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed. Note : Punned / completed thickness shall be measure for payment purpose.

Sub class B,with designation 75, burnt clay bricks for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply, laying,commissioning & testing LT cable 120 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated armoured and PVC bedded with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, including cable glands, cable lugs etc. to suit the cable size, complete all as directed

Horizontal trenchless bore drilling using mechanical drilling equipment for passing and including cost of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure , depth not less than 0.75m and up to 1.0 m and making good to disturbed surface of road all as directed: Note: unit rate deemed to be incld cost of deposit and taking permission from civil authorities complete all as directed

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre connected to galvanized strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead up to 20 metre long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, including test point complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz and CPRI approved factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93 comprising. The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame factory fabricated with front and back openable, double door system lockable/ openable by keys from both side. The bottom of the outer shell shall contain a detachable plate having size of opening for cable with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted on zine metal coated stand having zine coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 54. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front and back openable single door system lockable. TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The top of the panel board shall have slopping canopy.

Outdoor type, double door sheet metal (minimum 3.15mm thickness) enclosure/Junction box powder coated in approved shade provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof with mounting the panel board on ground with PCC 1:3:6 bedding upto a height of 45 cm above ground level complete of size 80x80x30 cm with aluminium busbar of 160 Amps for 3 phase & neutral including MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 100 Amps 36 KA complete all as directed.
