Removing worn out washable distemper by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats).

Removing painting Form worn out surfaces by using paint remover scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new surface including sand papering and knotting complete, inluding two or more coats of ready mixed primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on old work (one or more coats)

Painting with Excel paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade at all places (one or more coats)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq meters and under incl; cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete incl; disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead outside Civil Sectt: as directed with cement motor 1;4 (1;cement ;4 course sand)

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing of glass pans with wooden fillets of required size wherever necessary. Glass pans 3.5mm thick weighing 8.75 Kg / sqm.
