Earthwork in bulk excavation by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenchs for foundations, drains, pipes,cables etc ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width ) and for shafts, walls,cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plain, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavted earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 50 mtrs ordinary rock complete job.

P/L in position cement concrete of specified grade including curring but exluding the cost of centering & shuttering all works upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1:cement 2:Course sand :4 graded stone aggs 40mm nominal size) complete job.

Providing & laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for re-inforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but exculding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement including admixtures in recommended portions as per IS-9103 to accelrate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per directions of Engineer I/C all works upto plinth level complete job.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

a. Non-retrievable staging and shuttering to well cap soffit

b). Columns, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc

c). Suspended floors, roofs,landings,balconies, wheel guards and access plate forms etc.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto to plinth level and above plinth level complete job. as directed by Engineer I/C

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete job.

Dry random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth with bond stone (quarry stone) complete job

Providing and installing in position of elastomeric bearings at free ends of steel girders over abut/pier locations as per drawings which shall include all relevant accessories.

Providing and fabrication of structural steel in the form of trussed girder, X-depth braces sings in the form of angle built up section etc, including straightening, cutting, hoisting, launching, fixing in postion and applying two coats of yellow polemic primer. incl.cost & carriage complete job.

Providing, fitting and fixing mild steel railing complete as per drawing and technical specification & as directed by Engineer I/C complete job.

Providing and laying bitumastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification) 25mm Thick.

Providing and fixing in position copper plate as per design for expansion joints.

Providing and fixing in position 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS : 1838 including cost of primer, sealing compound in expansion joints.

Providing and fixing in postion rain water collection boxes with pipe outlets (RWCB type-2) partly in MS sections and cast iron complete as per details (MS angle frames with anchors to be cast in position along with deck slab for seating and fixing of RWCB) as directed by Engineer I/C complete job.

Random rubble masnory with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1:cement :6 coarse sand :12 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size upto plinth level and curring complete with cement mortar 1:6 (1:cement :6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying WBM Grade-I of quarry stone soling (90-45)mm range size to specified lines grades and cross sections (G1st) upto an approach length of 20m on each side incl. 13.2mm type A screening and binding material complete to be measured in finished form, duly consolidated.incl.loading/unloading & carraige complete job.

Providing and laying WBM Grade-II of quarry stone soling (63-45)mm range size to specified lines grades and cross sections (G2nd) upto an approach length of 20m on each side incl. 13.2mm type A screening and binding material complete to be measured in finished form, duly consolidated with 8-10 tonne roller.

Providing and laying WBM Grade-III of quarry stone soling (53-22.4)mm range size to specified lines grades and cross sections (G3rd) upto an approach length of 20m on each side incl. 11.2mm type B screening and binding material complete tobe measured in finished form, duly consolidated with 8-10 tonne roller.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75kg/sqm using mechanical operated spary unit fitted on bitumen boiler complete job.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete job
