M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm area each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm, using bitumen grade VG-30 and blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chips) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over existing black top surfaces at 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30 with sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen VG-30), using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 10 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips exceeding 10cm wide (Retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc and accordance with manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solar studs made out of aluminium composite body (of load capacity 20 Tonne) fixed with bright LEDs 3 Nos (RED) on each side providing 90-120 flashes per minute, size 125mmx125mmx25mm with battery and to be fixed using adhesive or self expanding scews as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Tata BP/Dark eye/Green light.

S&F Duo directional CAT eyes (Road studs) of size 100x100x19.80mm made up of weather resistant high impact polymer conforming to ASTMD4280 and having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating and fixed with 2 Nos of polymer shanks of suitable dia and suitable adhesive conforming to IS as per procedure recommended by manufacturer all as specified and as directed.
