M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth lead including 40mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point for protection of earth lead complete as directed, incl disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion,and writing the earth resistance value on PCC pit with black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300X 200X105 mm with aluminium bus bar of 100 Amp capacity for RYB and half for neutral made in suitable size fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators fixed on hylem sheet ,MS sheet steel fixed inside the bottom portion of box to connect the cable gland complete , entire assembly fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5 mm and nuts & bolts, or inside the Copping of pole /Post top including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 240 V - 1 No, with necessary size copper lugs for connecting cables from junction box to fittings complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . S & F cable 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of sie 1.5 Sq mm in replacement passing through PVC conduit from junction box to fitting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Finolex/Poly Cab/Havell's/KEI Note: PVC conduit is measured and paid seperately.

S & F rigid PVC non metalic conduit 20mm dia on pole with necessary bend Elbow ,couplers ,check nuts , necessary clamp on poles and nuts & bolts, connected to junction box to fitting etc in replacement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including painting to clamps.
