Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Hot Mix Plant 40 60 TPH or more capacity 1 No OWN b.Mechanical Paver Finisher 1No. OWN c.Vibratory Road Roller 1 no own d.Static Road Roller- 1No. OWN e.Tippers 2 nos by owning and 2 nos by owning/lease/hire f.Excavator like JCB Hitachi Backo loader 1 No by OWN and 1 Nos by owning/hire/lease g.Water tanker- 1 No. OWN and 1No. owning/hire/lease h.Pug Mill with wet mix plant 100TPH or more capacity 1no by owning/hire/ lease

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 2023-24&2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.644.22 Lakhs(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) and to UPLOAD ORIGINAL CA TURNOVER CERTIFICATE WITH UDIN NO

Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.161.05Lakhs (Credit Lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26)

Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26), (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished)

Bid capacity

The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.483500.00shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.1,00,000/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs. 383500.00 EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
