Material and labour Removing concrete all around reinforcement including behind of bars to give an average clearance of 25mm (but not less than 15mm clear air gap) by manual methods (hammering and using wire brushes, chieselling etc.) length of reinforcement bars cleared of concrete shall be measured for payment including upto any height of building with necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cleaning of exposed concrete surfaces of lightly sticking materials including foreign materials, loose concrete/ aggregate etc and disposal of all debris upto distance of 50 m and applying single coat of epoxy bond adhesive on prepared non metallic surfaces (existing surface) by using brush as per manufacturers instruction / specification upto any height of building with necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour Exposing the corroded reinforcement upto and including 16mm dia of bar completely along its full circumference, cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposit, applying rust removing chemical followed by removing the rust by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry as per manufacture's instruction upto any height of building with necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Supply and application Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared reinforced surface by brush, the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75, minimum wet film thickness/coat 100 microns & dry film thickness/coat 40 microns. Supply and Application Free flow non-shrink cementitious micro concrete to the affected beam, column etc. above 45 mm but upto 60mm thickness (average) where major spalling has taken place even the core of concrete affected. The Micro concrete shall have a minimum 1 day compressive strength of 10 MPa and 28 days strength of 50 MPa, Minimum tensile strength 2 N/mm2 @ 28 days, minimum Flexural strength 5 N/mm2@ 28 days tested as per BS 4551-80, Expansion characteristics Unrestrained expansion as per ASTM C827-1987 1 to 4%. upto any height of building with necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Supply and Application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm² in 1 day and 45N/mm² in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm² in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm² Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm², Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm² complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Materials and labour Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC beam, lintels, columns and slabs etc including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy after dusting of loose dust by blowing air, sealing the same with epoxy cartridges etc as per manufacturer instruction for upto 12mm dia of bar including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster or morter of any type of treatment carefully from roof surfaces (without damage of roof) and roughening of surface of old concrete roofing by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to removing dust/debris complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling roof tiles of any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation and as specified here in below complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (b) 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in roof padding. (c) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.40 liters per Sqm conforming IS-3384. (d) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm ) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (e) Applying aluminium paint @0.11 Kg/Sqm

Material and Labour for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying first coat of cement slurry in sunken floor @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composit compound @ 0.253 Kg /Sqm this layer will be allowed to air cure for for 4 hrs & second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242Kg /Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm & this layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs & applying 200 micron thick polythene film paste with help of adhesive shall be provided over treatment & all as specified & as directed by Engr in charge.

Materials and labour Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick backing course cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 400mm x 400mm x6 to 7mm thick as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough including demolition of old unserviceable concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement upto any height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling etc in cement mortar 1:3 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement upto any height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers each 10mm thick mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (WPC shall be mixed with top layer only) fair finished without using extra cement complete upto any height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. Supply and Fix Rotational moulded HDPE water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position,multy layered ISI marked complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule including 25mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable tank with ball cock. Supply and fix repairs PTMT ball valves 20mm bore dia of pipe with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Prayag/ Polytuf.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern (any colour), syphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete as directed.
