The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity on RDSO approved firm, the status of the firm will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter. Without these the authorization certificate from OEM will not be considered as valid and offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference and no representation will be entertained. Buyer can seek the authentication of valid authorization certificate from OEM, if required.

UNLOADING of MATERIALS REMARKS: Supply and unloading of materials to be arranged by firm
