Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work and doing work in saturated soil including storing, strutting and pumping or boiling on water (surface and sub-soil Water) up to any depth wedging out of rock etc. up to all lead and Lifts including stacking the excavated material clear from the edge of the excavation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths and sides of foundations etc. consolidating each depositing layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including stacking of serviceable materials within all lead land lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth:

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint: a) In gratings, framed guards, bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete. 80mm thick block.

Providing & laying coloured chequered tiles minimum 25mm thick of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement6 sand jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles.(wherever required)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: a.) Foundation and plinth:

Half brick masonry machine made building bricks including making jhorizontal & vertical grooves 10mm wide 12mm deep complete in super structure above plinth level upto floor to lelvel in : a)2nd class bricks in cement mortar 1:3.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on existing wall on the Rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth up to all heights including all lead & lifts : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping . a) Enamel paint other than white.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design(Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete upto all height
