Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all qoins, arches, pillars, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition in cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc. 15 cm thickness ( below above ground floor ) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No. 4 here in before but except bricks Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 5 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron , concrete, asbestos, PVC pipes of any dia and discription from trenches or with walls etc complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall ( 110mm bore) including flat iron claimp for proper fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall (75mm bore) including flat iron claimp for proper fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof firxed with L-type or J-type crenked hook bolts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick in two pieces adjustable plain ridge fixed wirth l-type and J-type hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces other than fair face of brick work, finished fair & even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on ceiling or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of walls and applying two coat of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of JK/cement base putty with one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width/girth one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation old decorated plaster or unplaster surfaces of walls and cornices, spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping and washing with water and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note : Supply of material to be measured seperately).

Supply of MS pipe medium grade of dia 25mm including cutting and fixing, drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only MS spring of high carbon spring 30mm dia drilling, welding for rolling shutter all as directed by Engri-in-Charge.

M&L for Replecement of mild steel rolling shutter strips made out of 1.25mm MS sheet including and reavting including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enmail paint all as directed Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided of all as direted by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for MS as in posts, gate and struts in fencing angle including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing with mesh etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165 quality-B. Note:-Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type including fixing clips, GI wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stsnderd rails, straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provisuion of galvanised mild steel pins, etc incl taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair 950/600/450 mm dia concertina coil reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire incuding galvanised MS staples/ Clips for tying at crossing complete including taking down of existing concertina coil all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

M&L for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for post construction antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F 4 to 5 mm thick plain AC Boards as in false ceiling with three coat of white wash and making to good existing frame without disturbing the other false ceiling including taking down broken false ceiling board complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for expanded metal not exc four kg per sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed muild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in coping cill, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down steel door shutter exc 3 Sqm n exc 10 Sqm each, taking down exc hole fast and fixed new hole fast in PCC 1;1 -1/2:3 in same opening and other different opening with hardner (DR FIXIT , CICO, FOSROC) and welding with column reinforcement including all necessery scaffolding and meachnical arrangement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F single side writing informatory mild steel reflective sign board size 60 CM cirular dia having 1.5 mm thickness having retro reflective tape base and font. Colour and matter of sign board shall be furnished by Engr-in-Charge. The board shall be hanging on wall with fastener and heavy duty screw including taking down of existing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness led beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with gray cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.make nitco/arena or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm Machine pressed pre casted pressed cement concrete inter locking paver blocks glazed coloured up to 6mm on the top in any shape and size, strenth not less than M-35 grouted with clean dry fine sand incl 25mm thick sand cushioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path finished even smooth with broom finished without using extra cement, laid in alternate panels with 8mm wide full depth joints duly filled with sealing compound Gde-A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Getting out complete material layerwise including gravel from the rain harvesting pit and stack on the ground for re-use or to be issued under credit complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge .

Cleaning and washing of material in tank to be re-used with water and screen desilting up to directions of the Engr in Charge and stack on the ground complete all as specified.

Grading of old retrieved material with the help of screen and stack on the ground seperately for each size/grade complete all as specified and as dircted by Engr in charge.

Supply & Laying of boulders filling 10 to15 cm size free from all impureties, any colour river boulder smooth finshed and laying on the middle of the filter bed equaly after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of gravel filling 5 to 10 mm size free from all impureties,any colour river gravel smooth finshed and laying on the middle of the filter bed equaly after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of coarse sand of 1.5 to 4 mm size free from all impureties and laying on the top of the filter bed equali after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Laying of very coarse sand/pea gravel free from all impureties and laying on the top of the filter bed equali after the filling of gravel complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge.

Development of existing rain water harvesting bore by Air compression by compressure and cleaning of all pipe and filters up to bottom complete all as specified directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Compressure working hours shall be recorded on proper format and kept on records duly signed by contractor, JE, Engr-in-charge and also counter signed by GE.

Testing of rain harvesting pit recharge ability test with water and chek the work ability and entire satisfction with Engr in Charge .

Cleaning of open drains by removing sludege silt etc and removing debrish form out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of RCC SWT tank by dewatering removing all deposite materials like sand silt, sludge, impuritie etc, washing of side walls, scraping with iron brush to removal all type of scales, filling up cavaties by cement motar 1:1 and washing walls with lime powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 1200mm x 600mm x 70mm thick srounded with steel strip 70x1.25mm and Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Up rooting of trees and accumulated mud and grass around on top of roof and wall by dismantling brick works in any mortar and mix PCC plastered surface of any description not exc 30 cm girth of trees and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n.exc 50M including and making good to match with existing surface of double storey with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete in slab, beam, chajja (other than ground floor) beams staircases,and similar all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type A-l, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, dunnage block etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm and not exc 250 cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 60 hereinbefore, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 20mm bore , GI pipe medium grade with all fitting complete fiixed on wall, celling and floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection including 6x10mm grove in every 3Mtr including bitumen mastic filling in joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rough excavation, in soft/loose soil from high paches in side tech area and transporting the earth to embankment filling site upto a distance of 5 Km including getting out, loading and unloading complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Forming embakments including raising (or lowering) earth, speading in layers not exc 30 cm thick, watering remming/rolling upto 95% proctor density and finishing to required size sape, etc., not exc 1.5mtr high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embakments including raising (or lowering) earth, speading in layers not exc 30 cm thick, watering remming/rolling upto 95% proctor density and finishing to required size sape, etc., exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 3.0mtr high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embakments including raising (or lowering) earth, speading in layers not exc 30 cm thick, watering remming/rolling upto 95% proctor density and finishing to required size sape, etc., exc 6 mtr but not exc 7.5mtr high from base complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Items 64 to 69: Necessary levels of traverses shall be taken before and after filling of earth at the grid of 2.0mtr for computation of earth work quantities. For cross varification stack measurement of earth brought from rough excavation by stack measurement or lorry measurement shall also been recorded.

Note:- The amount of Rs 2,01,375/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 134 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
