FIXING OF FLOOR TILES IN TYPE- II QUARTERS (TYPE-II BLOCK NO.70 TO 107 BLOCKS) AT AVNL ESTATE, AVADI.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Material and Labour for Ceramic Vitrified (Double/Ultra/Multi charged) tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in foors for joint free tiles etc. set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bedding 1:4 of 15mm thick on floor surfaces / tile adhesives (Cera Bond/Latricrete or Suitably Equivalent make as per direction).

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distember on internal wall surfaces including preparaition of old wall surfaces complete all as directed. Make: Asian/Berger or Suitably Equivalent make.

M & L for Taking down of door shutters, easing of door shutters as per the site conditions and re fixing the same as directed to facilitate the tiling works.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall , including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,

Material and Labour for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:4.

M & L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and on door & window jambs.
