Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/ Sripipes/ Jindal/Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -400mm dia.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS 5382 & 12820 of SBR quality including the cost of fixing,testing the joints etc.,complete -400mm dia.

Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG,AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 , replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 400mm

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/ Sripipes/ Jindal/ Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 350 to 450mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 350 to 450mm dia.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 400mm diameter pipe.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works

Supply and providing of Fabricated steel Kiosk of internal dimension 2.20x1.90m with front and rear height of 2.40m and 2.10m respectively. The fabrication of the Kiosk is to as per the details below:- The Corner pillar of the Kiosk shall be of single equal M.S. angle 50x50x6mm tied up at the top, bottom and middle with 40x40x6mm angle, intermediate support of M.S. angles (2Nos.) of 40x40x6mm in all 4 sides and stiffner in vertical with 40 x 6 mm flats and shall not exceed 0.50m C/C. For roof 2Nos. of 40x40x6mm angles to a length of 1.90 mts.each with 3 Nos. of 40 x 6mm flat for a length of 2.20 mts shall be provided. For front door portion an extra angle of 40x40x6mm of 2.40m as vertical and as horizontal lintel of 0.65m of the same angle are to be provided. The door shall be of 0.60m x 1.85m with 40x40x6mm angle on all the four sides with 1 No.of intermediate horizontal angle of 40x40x6mm with cross stiffener of 40x6mm flats for the doors shutters. The sides of the Kiosk shall be of 18SWG GI corrugated sheet and roof shall be colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts & nuts 8mm dia. The rate shall included the cost of all materials, labour, fabrication charges including providing of locking arrangements for the door painting cost with steel primer and paint charges for the angles, painting two coats of enamel paint both side and outside the Kiosk, transportation to site and erected on platform all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and delivery of 20KW submersible sewage non-clog pumps for a duty point of 13.6m head and discharge of 400 m3/hr,wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 110mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of upto 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction. Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump impeller should be of S - Tube impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps to have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960 to 1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing should be CI (EN 1561 EN -GJL-250) and impeller should be of CI (EN 1561 EN-GJL-250) as per IS standard more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for star/delta or ATS starting under any circumstances. The motor shall be suitabe for full voltage star delta/ATS starting. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage in either direction of rotation. Motor should be of IE3, explosion proof compatiable for VFD operation together with star-delta/ATS startor, protectoion against increase in stater winding temperatures (15 deg celsius), bearing temperature leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of ''Class H'' and degree of protection shall be of IP68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged condition. Motor shall be supplied with 10mts of round submersible copper cable of suitable size.
