Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract charges which includes periodical inspection and examination of lift, lubrication, adjustment of equipment, attending repairs on the lift, replacement of defective parts if necessary and other related works of OTIS make passenger lift at T(K)GTPS . SCOPE OF WORK: i. Monthly inspection of the equipment which includes lubrication, adjustment of equipment, attending repairs, replacement of parts if necessary and other works if any to make the equipment in good running condition. ii. Examine periodically all safety devices and governors and make all customer safety test. iii. Conduction Annual No Load Safety Test on the equipment. iv. Provision of emergency call back services during any breakdown of equipment at free of cost.
