REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF DAMAGED PCC PATHWAY, INTERLOCKING TILES, CHEQURED TILES AND CERTAIN MISC WORKS AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unrein forced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and all as specified and in any position (reinforced concrete). Incl cutting of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L cement concrete in foundation/sub base filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 including finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster as in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or Concrete surface other than fair finish including dubbing coat if required & finishing with surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed (No extra payment will be paid for dubbing coat) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in spreading and levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm including watering for filling under floor complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Removing of excavated material to distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50km above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floors 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with gray cement & pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with gray cement & pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors (With grey cement and pigments) over & incl 20mm th screed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including moulding, rubbing and mirror polishing laid in floors or window cills complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item no 20.00 above but on in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with vertical surface over 10 mm thick cement mortar of 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match 20mm thick over incl screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 22 but on in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with vertical surface over 10 mm thick cement mortar of 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic edge cut tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exceeding 0.18sqm as in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finished complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured edge cut tiles 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slabs, chajjas etc set in CM 1:6. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs floor slabs landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; (square or round bar)barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast manhole cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including form work set in cement mortar (1:4) and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast kerb stones set in CM (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in floors cement concrete surface rough to receive tiles or other top layers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded Stone aggregate) as in floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finish the cement concrete surfaces laid in bays incl filing the expansion joint with sealing compound complete all as spciified and directed.

S&F Glass dividing strips 28mm wide and 3mm thick inserted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3 coat of white wash including preparation of new plaster surface on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat Cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface including prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 6,100.00
