Charges for dismantling the casing cover of blowers 2A & 2B for painting and reassembling after completion of painting works.

Charges for scratching and cleaning, painting with epoxy zinc chromate primer one coat and epoxy smoke grey paint two coat for AWS Blowers 2A & 2B, damper, discharge ducts, motor guard , Blower room door, eliminator frame, spray system pipes, water strainer structure, platform & its structure.

Charges for dismantling the water spray nipples and nozzles from the pipe line and scratching & cleaning and then re-fixing in the pipe line.

Charges for flushing the spray system pipe line

Charges for Pump complete overhauling and changing the worn out spares parts if necessary.

Charges for Refitting the pump with both suction and discharge pipe flanges with new gasket, coupling the motor with pump, checking axial and radial misalignment between pump and motor and completing the alignment within the prescribed limits and commissioning satisfactory.

Charges of cutting & dismantling the damaged eroded 200NB(GI) spray system Horizontal header pipe in AWS Unit-II, transporting, lead , lift and erection of new GI ERW Pipe 200NB with necessary fittings and devolution the scrap material to central stores (lorry will be provided by Board).

Charges for welding the new 200NB(GI) spray system header pipe lines with the existing 200NB MS Pipe. {The above work is inline Labour charges for IBR welding for Replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Cooling water lines and ACW lines by Non IBR welder.( ERW pipe, reducer& bends) Rate for Two number Non IBR cutting and welding

Charges for drilling holes and welding the 40NB GI coupling in the new 200NB(GI) spray system horizontal header pipe lines

Charges for Dismantling the Valves from the pipe line and Overhauling and then refitting of 250 mm / 200 mm AWCW Pump suction and discharge side Gate valves & drain Valve from the spray system sump tank and cleaning of seating surface and lapping of valve gate and seat for perfect matching.

Charges for fixing the canvas cloth bellow joint in the Air Washer fan discharge line inside the Air Washer room(Blower 2A )

Charges for dismantling the damaged vibration pad (9 Nos.) from the 2B blower base structural frame and fixing the new vibration pad

DAMPER BOX i) Fixing the MS angle inside the damper box to hold the leaves and drilling for holes for damper box.

ii) Welding the MS Plate drilling holes in the damper bolts.

iii) Dismantling the existing damper box from blower unit for damper box.

iv) Erecting the new damper leaves with the blower unit for damper box.
